Upon receiving the call, I promptly assessed the water leak originating from the bathroom. I thoroughly inspected the shower valve and surrounding water piping. The investigation revealed that the threaded portion of the cold-side service stop on the existing shower valve had broken off, leading to a continuous water supply into the wall cavity. This ongoing leak caused significant water damage within the wall and the surrounding living area. I safely shut off the water supply to the shower, disconnected the existing valve, and properly capped and secured the hot and cold water lines. The system was tested to ensure the water flow was stopped and no further leaks were present from the capped connections.

We addressed a service call for a malfunctioning well water system. Upon inspection, we discovered that the pressure switch connectors had broken, preventing the well pump from activating. We repaired the broken connections, ensuring the pump could turn on. After the repair, we pressurized the system and conducted thorough tests to confirm proper pump operation and water pressure. The system is now fully operational, and water service has been successfully restored. The customer will contact us when they are ready to install the new filtration system and pressure tank.

Upon arrival, we identified a recurring issue with the p trap that had been previously replaced just days earlier. Upon inspection, we confirmed that the p trap was indeed cracked, which was causing the leak. We proceeded to replace the faulty p trap with a new one, ensuring that all connections were secure and properly sealed to prevent any future leaks. After the replacement, we conducted thorough testing of the sink to verify that the repair was successful. The sink is now functioning perfectly, with no signs of leaks or any other issues. Our goal was to ensure complete satisfaction, and we are pleased to report that the problem has been resolved.
