We addressed a service call for a malfunctioning well water system. Upon inspection, we discovered that the pressure switch connectors had broken, preventing the well pump from activating. We repaired the broken connections, ensuring the pump could turn on. After the repair, we pressurized the system and conducted thorough tests to confirm proper pump operation and water pressure. The system is now fully operational, and water service has been successfully restored. The customer will contact us when they are ready to install the new filtration system and pressure tank.

Upon arrival, we identified a recurring issue with the p trap that had been previously replaced just days earlier. Upon inspection, we confirmed that the p trap was indeed cracked, which was causing the leak. We proceeded to replace the faulty p trap with a new one, ensuring that all connections were secure and properly sealed to prevent any future leaks. After the replacement, we conducted thorough testing of the sink to verify that the repair was successful. The sink is now functioning perfectly, with no signs of leaks or any other issues. Our goal was to ensure complete satisfaction, and we are pleased to report that the problem has been resolved.

Upon arrival, we assessed the water system after the homeowner reported a complete loss of water. Our inspection revealed a deteriorated pressure tank, tank tee, and pressure switch, all of which needed replacement. We removed the old components and installed new ones, ensuring proper connections to restore water pressure and reliable service. Additionally, we installed a whole-house water filtration system with a bypass loop for future maintenance. We also replaced a leaking thermal expansion tank in the boiler system to maintain proper pressure. After completing the work, we inspected all installations, checked for leaks, and tested both systems for proper operation, confirming everything was functioning correctly.

Upon receiving the call, I began by thoroughly inspecting the central air conditioning system to identify the root cause of the freezing issue. This process involved examining the refrigerant levels, airflow, and other critical components. I then proceeded to recover any remaining refrigerant safely, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Following this, I introduced 500 psi of nitrogen into the system to pinpoint any leaks. This method is effective in detecting even the smallest leaks by observing the pressure changes. Depending on the leak's location, I assessed whether the issue could be repaired. This detailed approach ensures a precise diagnosis and lays the groundwork for effective repair, if necessary.

During the service call, we assessed potential locations for a utility/mop sink installation. After consulting with staff and inspecting the basement bathroom, first-floor bathroom, and mechanical room, we found that neither bathroom could accommodate a utility sink without compromising ADA compliance. The mechanical room's floor drain was unsuitable for a utility sink. Additionally, we identified a leak on the main water line above the pressure-reducing valve, with a soldered tee fitting leaking. We provided quotes for replacing the affected piping sections and the boiler drain, which was also leaking.
