Upon inspection, we identified issues with water pressure and temperature in multiple fixtures. The water treatment system displayed Error 102, indicating a motor positioning issue. After bypassing the system and removing the stack assembly, we found scale debris and media inside the head. We cleaned the components, installed a new stack assembly, and reassembled the system. Additionally, we discovered the hot water recirculation pump had failed. We replaced it, installed a check valve and boiler drain, and relocated the thermal expansion tank. The system was then tested for proper operation.

Upon arrival, I assessed the bathtub drain, which was exhibiting signs of a slow and partial clog, leading to inadequate drainage. To address this, I applied a specialized drain-cleaning chemical to the affected area, carefully following the manufacturer's instructions. After allowing the chemical to work, I flushed the drain with warm water to help dislodge and clear the blockage. I then conducted a thorough inspection to ensure the drain was free of obstructions and tested it to confirm proper flow and drainage. The bathtub drain was successfully restored to its optimal functionality, ensuring it operates as expected.

We replaced the outdated control box, which had been in service for about 25 years, due to its failure. The old unit was carefully removed, and a new, compatible control box was installed. All electrical connections were meticulously secured to ensure reliability. Following the installation, we conducted thorough testing to confirm that the system was operating correctly and efficiently. The water supply has been restored and is now functioning as intended.

We installed a new washing machine box with precise water and drain connections, ensuring a secure and reliable setup. Additionally, we installed a dedicated in-wall water box for the dryer's steam feature, providing a neat and accessible connection. We reviewed the existing plumbing, recommending replacing gate valves with ball valves for better reliability and capping unused lines to prevent leaks. We provided a quote for a new water heater, presenting options for a 50-gallon electric or a 55-gallon indirect unit. After identifying an oversight in the initial pricing, we updated the quote to include necessary electrical work. We installed a condensate pump on the dehumidifier, ensuring proper condensate disposal. We also replaced a corroded fitting on a boiler zone, refilled the system, and purged air from all zones. Additionally, we performed annual maintenance on the mini-split systems, cleaned coils, and replaced deteriorated line-set insulation to enhance efficiency.
