Upon receiving the call, I began by thoroughly inspecting the central air conditioning system to identify the root cause of the freezing issue. This process involved examining the refrigerant levels, airflow, and other critical components. I then proceeded to recover any remaining refrigerant safely, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Following this, I introduced 500 psi of nitrogen into the system to pinpoint any leaks. This method is effective in detecting even the smallest leaks by observing the pressure changes. Depending on the leak's location, I assessed whether the issue could be repaired. This detailed approach ensures a precise diagnosis and lays the groundwork for effective repair, if necessary.

I was called to perform several electrical upgrades. After a thorough discussion with the customer, I identified key areas for improvement. Took water test

I assessed the electrical requirements for the newly installed heat pumps and developed a comprehensive estimate. This included the installation of new power wires to ensure sufficient capacity and safety. I meticulously planned the wiring routes to avoid interference with existing systems. Additionally, I installed disconnects to provide easy access for maintenance and safety. The work was carried out with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards. I removed the damaged slip extension and replaced it. The drain assembly was reassembled, secured, and tested for proper flow and drainage. The system functioned correctly after the repair. The exact cause of the original malfunction could not be determined due to the condition of the piping.

I replaced the faulty toilet fill valve with a new one, ensuring proper filling, shutoff, and overall operation. The tub and lavatory drains were treated with Thrift chemical to resolve restricted flow and buildup, followed by testing to confirm proper drainage. The existing condensate pump was replaced with a warranty-provided model, installed correctly, and tested to ensure it activated and discharged condensate properly. Labor and installation for the pump were billed separately due to the original installation being outside the warranty period.

Upon arrival, we confirmed the diagnosis of a failed expansion tank, as previously identified by another company. We verified the issue and provided an estimate for replacement. The process began with isolating the faulty tank and carefully removing it. We then installed a new ST-5 expansion tank, ensuring all connections were secure and correctly aligned. Following the replacement, we refilled the boiler and conducted a thorough check for leaks, finding none. We bled the air from each zone individually to ensure optimal system performance.
