He got his first job washing dishes at a local pizza place and worked his way up to line cook. For a while, he thought the food industry might be his future, but life steered him in a different direction.
Over the next few years, he tried just about everything, building houses, refurbishing propane tanks, and taking on whatever work he could find. He liked working with his hands and solving problems, which led him to think seriously about learning a trade. While deciding between plumbing or electrical work, he came across a small ad in the classifieds: “Plumber Wanted- No Experience Necessary.” That was the start.
In 2014, Jeremy founded Jerm’s Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric with a single Ford truck and a simple goal—to do honest, quality work and build something lasting. The early years were full of trial and error. He relied on traditional methods at first, learning what worked and what didn’t by doing the work himself and asking questions of those who’d been in the trade longer.
Eventually, Jeremy realized that to grow, he needed structure and better systems. Joining Nexstar Network changed how he ran the business, introducing new ways to train, lead, and serve customers more effectively.
Today, Jerm’s Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is a locally owned company serving the Upper Valley with a full team of skilled professionals. What started as one man and one truck has become a trusted name known for reliable service, straightforward communication, and consistent results.
